Your spine is a nervous system, not just a stack of bones.
Nerve+ targets the signalling side of spine health — the nerves that carry every message between your back, your limbs and your brain.
R-Alpha Lipoic Acid
300mg per capsule of the R-isomer — the biologically active form, not the cheaper racemic mix.
PEA at 300mg
Palmitoylethanolamide, a fatty acid amide your body produces naturally, at a meaningful daily amount.
B-vitamins & magnesium
B1, B6 and B12 with magnesium glycinate, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Why each ingredient is in there
Tap any ingredient to see the reasoning behind it — what it is, and why our formulators put it in Nerve+.
R-Alpha Lipoic Acid300 mg
Alpha lipoic acid occurs naturally in the body as a cofactor for the mitochondrial enzyme complexes that release energy from nutrients. It exists as two mirror-image forms, and the R-isomer is the one the body itself makes and uses — standard alpha lipoic acid is a 50/50 mix, so half of it is the less active S-form. Nerve+ uses the R-isomer only, at 300 mg, which is the largest single active in the capsule.
PEA (Palmitoylethanolamide)300 mg
Palmitoylethanolamide is a fatty acid amide your own body produces, and it occurs naturally in foods such as egg yolk, soy and peanuts. It is included at 300 mg — matching R-ALA as the joint-largest active — and stated openly on the label rather than folded into a blend.
Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR)100 mg
Carnitine is the molecule that carries long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are used to produce energy. The acetylated form is more readily absorbed than plain L-carnitine and crosses membranes more easily, which is why this form was chosen over the standard one.
Magnesium Glycinate45 mg
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The glycinate form binds magnesium to the amino acid glycine, which is typically gentler on the stomach than magnesium oxide.
Vitamin B121 mg
Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal red blood cell formation and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It is included generously here because dietary intake and absorption vary considerably from person to person.
Vitamin B62 mg
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, to normal cysteine synthesis and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It works alongside B1 and B12 rather than on its own, which is why all three appear together.
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine)2 mg
Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal heart function. It is among the B-vitamins most directly involved in how cells release energy from carbohydrate.
The vitamin and mineral statements above are authorised GB / EU health claims. The remaining ingredients are described by their role in the body’s own biology, and not as a treatment for any condition.
How to take Nerve+
Simple, consistent, daily. That is where supplements earn their place.
Take 1–2 capsules daily
With water, ideally alongside a meal to support absorption.
Keep it consistent
Give any new supplement routine a consistent 8–12 weeks alongside a balanced diet.
Stack it with Disc+
Nerve+ covers signalling, Disc+ covers structure. Together they support the whole spine.
Please read before use. Food supplement — not a substitute for a varied diet or healthy lifestyle. Adults only. Not suitable if pregnant or nursing. If you are under medical supervision or taking medication, consult your doctor before use. Do not exceed the stated dose.
Who Nerve+ is for
Nerve+ questions, answered
How long before I notice anything?
Supplements support your body over time rather than overnight. Give Nerve+ a consistent 8–12 weeks alongside a balanced diet and regular movement.
What is the difference between Nerve+ and Disc+?
Disc+ targets structure — the collagen, cartilage and bone side of your spine. Nerve+ targets signalling — the nerves running through it. They are designed to be taken together.
Why R-Alpha Lipoic Acid rather than standard ALA?
R-ALA is the naturally occurring, biologically active isomer. Standard alpha lipoic acid is a 50/50 mix of the R and S forms, so half of it is the less active isomer.
Does it contain allergens?
Unlike Disc+, Nerve+ does not contain fish. Always check the full label before use if you have any allergy.
Where is it made?
In the UK, in a HACCP-certified facility. It is Non-GMO and lab tested, and manufactured for SpineAdvance at 19 Harley Street, London W1G 9QJ.
