OUR SCIENCE-LED APPROACH
We don’t guess. We formulate.
Every Spine Advance formula is built on evidence, transparency and clinically-meaningful doses — developed with The London Spine Unit and made to a medical-grade standard in the UK.
Doses you can actually read
Many supplements hide their ingredients inside blends — a single total weight that tells you nothing about how much of each active you’re really getting. We don’t. Every Spine Advance label lists each ingredient with its individual amount, so you can see exactly what’s inside: Type II Collagen at 150mg in Disc+, R-Alpha Lipoic Acid and PEA at 300mg each in Nerve+, and so on.
How we formulate
- Start with the spine. We work with The London Spine Unit to identify the structures that matter — discs, cartilage, connective tissue and nerves — and the nutrients with recognised roles in supporting them.
- Choose evidence-led ingredients. Actives such as glucosamine, chondroitin, collagen, R-ALA, PEA and ALCAR are included for their established roles, alongside vitamins and minerals with authorised health claims.
- Dose meaningfully. We use amounts intended to reflect the available evidence — not traces added just to print a name on the label.
- Prove the quality. Every formula is lab-tested and made in a HACCP-certified UK facility.
What the vitamins and minerals do
Where ingredients carry authorised UK health claims, we’re precise about them. For example:
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones.
- Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones; copper to normal connective tissues.
- Vitamins B1, B6, B12 and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Vitamin B12 and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
For ingredients without an authorised claim, we describe their role honestly and let the dose and the science speak for themselves.
